Review content:
Our waitress, BETHANY, was wretched. After our party of 12 had finished eating, she brought us one ticket with everybody's food and drinks on it and expected one person to pick up the tab. We asked her to divide the tab through her POS system and she told us no restaurant in Atlanta does that. We then asked her how she figured we would divide the tab ourselves and she remarked, ""What, you don't all have calculators in your pockets?"" At this point we start getting pretty frustrated. She then asks, with a horrible attitude,""Is this completely foreign to ya'll,"" in most lovely voice. As she walks past my wife, she flicks her hair as if we were in a 90210 episode. At the same time, the table of eight behind us starts asking us if our service is as horrible as theirs. They had some less than polite words to say as well. Since the waitress, who just so happened to be a ""manager"" of sorts, could have cared less about her service, we took matters into our hands by crossing out the convenient 17% gratuity charge. We all hung on to our receipts knowing there would be a problem in the fututre. Sure enough, I check my account 2 days later and my card as well as evryone elses was charged for that full 17% plus some. I called to speak to the manager. Neither he nor the owner cared about the situation. When I called the bank they told me I could dispute the charge by filing an affidavit. I spoke to the owner and he said I should just go ahead and file it. No attempts to make things right were ever made and I spent more time and effort going to the bank to get my $8.00 back than should have ever been necessary. The funny thing is that we all work in the service industry, I myself manage a restaurant, and we always take care of our servers because we understand how things are in the industry. As long as the Treehouse keeps treating customers like dirt, they should eventually wear their potential client pool down and get bought out by a Ruby Tuesdays....Good luck guys!
