creation tools, not a mediator of content. We allow our users express their opinions,
but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe
in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful
content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating,

I would be elated if I never had to work with them again. While they may have excellent material selection, their customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Their sale and hold policies are completely erratic; they'll sell material you want right out from under your feet and do absolutely nothing to correct the problem. They take no responsibility for their errors and even the managers hang up on you when you request assistance from a ""higher up."" It takes DAYS to get a response from them at times and they do little to follow up on their own proposals. It's very clear that there is a severe lack of communication within their company, as one department will promise one thing and not convey it to another department. Their pricing is also exorbitantly high; there are plenty of other places that offer the same materials at a better price. \r

I will never recommend them, as I have never been treated more rudely in my twenty years in the business.
