I cannot imagine how it could have gone any better, the installers and I had so much fun when they were here, they just came out and did their work in the most professional way.
I like the friendliness of the people and the loyalty of the employees to the company, I have heard over and over how the employees would say how great it was to work for Hanson's.
I thought the crew and the leader were very good at communicating information, they did find lead in the paint on the window upstairs and they really did a bang up job communicating with me. I had no qualms about letting these people into my house, they were safe, professional, and personable. It was charming to see how well they worked together.
I would not hesitate to call them again.
