I have moved up and down the east coast multiple times. After my \r
\r
first move from Miami to California, during which I used movers, I was \r
\r
very disappointed with the whole industry. I therefore moved from \r
\r
California to Wa. myself with multiple UHaul Trailers. This was a very \r
\r
tiresome and long experience. \r
\r

My most recent move was from Wa. to Ca. and I went with Kings \r
\r
Van Lines. Admittedly, I was sceptical at first, however the \r
\r
entire experience has been very eye opening and positive. Their \r
\r
quote over the phone was only a couple of hundred pounds off \r
\r
(probably due to the fact that I have a ridiculous amount of heavy \r
\r
Boxes). I dealt directly with Chris and he was at all time extremely \r
\r
professional, helpful and available. \r

The Pickup (Wednesday):\r
\r
The three man team was late by only a few hours but they made up \r
\r
the time in loading everything carefully and efficiently. The team was \r
\r
courteous and willing to help pack the last few items. The team leader \r
\r
contacted the delivery driver directly in front of me to confirm the \r
\r
date of delivery (Sunday or Monday).\r

En route (Friday):\r
\r
I received a phone call directly from the driver stating that he would \r
\r
be there on Sunday afternoon between 1pm and 2pm. He told me \r
\r
that the balance would have to be paid in terms of credit card. However, I \r
\r
had already discussed using a Cashier's Check with \r
\r
Chris previously. Again, not a problem. \r
\r
\r
Delivery (Sunday):\r
\r
At noon, the driver contacted me that he was an hour away. All items \r
\r
were delivered carefully and efficiently. I have just finished unpacking \r
\r
and so far I do not see ANY thing damaged. Quite impressive. However, \r
\r
\r
Overall:\r
\r
\r
\r
Extremely professional moving company for a reasonable rate. I will \r
\r
likely be moving again in two years and hope that they are still \r
\r
around. I have already recommended four other people to use their \r
\r
services. \r
\r
