I don't know why I kept going back, but the service just kept getting worse and worse. We gave them 3 different visits, before we decided NO MORE. My last visit, we were seated at a booth that had a "Caution, Wet Floor" sign parked in front of it. The booth had no light, when I asked if the bulb could be replaced, I was told they were out of bulbs. Our salads arrived, the waitress almost ran from our table, then we discovered there was no silverware. We waited, waited and waited some more, then had to flag down a hostess to request silverware and to let them know one of our salads was wrong. Once we got our silverware, then out came our steaks. The smashed potatoes were so cold that the butter and sour cream couldn't melt. Our server was no were to be seen, we had to flag someone else down to get hot smashed potatoes. I had asked for a loaded bake potato, which I did not receive plus I was served the wrong steak. We had so many things to happen, we just simply stopped asking for assistance and decided that "three strikes, they were out" would apply for this place. I don't know what the big deal was, we always tip nicely and don't complain when we had a problem. We just wanted what we were paying for and I guess the only way we will get that is to simply go someplace else.
