Review content:
Oakside MHP is a nasty park with many vacant lots and most of the tenants living on state assistance. Cars are broken into frequently, dont leave anything out or it will be stolen, and worst of all is the manager. Ellen is a liar that will go out of her way to create problems. Infrequent enforcement of ""her"" rules, and the basic disposition that she simple does not like anyone. A very unhappy woman the creates a very unhappy environment.
