Review content:
We have lived here for just over a year and I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. We can't wait to move. Since we've moved in, we've gotten harassed about the addition on the back of the house, and that it needs to be stained, the addition was there before we moved in, it should have been done by the previous owners and we didn't build it on there. The porch has to be stained, the house has to power washed. You have to have everything approved by the park, which stain color you're using, your pools, your house color. You have to sign a form for your pools and you'll have to take it down. We get a letter on our door almost every day from that nasty manager, but the maintenance guy is the one who has to hand them out, and she's already run one maintenance guy out of here since we've lived here. I'm banned from the office because I told her the truth. She says this place is city water and they have it brought in every month but I never see a water truck in here, and the water stinks. You pay your water bill to her not the city. She will come by your house and measure your lawn with a tape measure. This place is crooked, I will never recommend to anybody.
