To celebrate 25 years of marriage, we booked a cruise to Alaska with A.C.T. It was our first cruise and we had lots of questions. The staff at A.C.T. were friendly, cheerful, accommodating and endlessly helpful, answering our questions and calming our nerves. Our tour guide on the cruise was helpful and made the cruise even more enjoyable. Land tours were booked for us at each stop along the way. This might be the way all tours are handled, but I can tell you it isn't the way all travel agencies handle things. The cruise was one of the most wonderful experiences of our lives and the team at A.C.T. made it perfect. We will be booking with them again - they've spoiled us for anyone else!
