Review content:
The people at CatSense are really nice and sweet, as long as you are spending money. But rest assured, the minute you decide your pet has had enough, there is nothing more to do to save them, and the only option left is euthanasia, their whole attitude will change and you will suddenly become the most horrible pet owner there is. They will have no problem showing their disappointment and ridiculing you, just in case you didn't feel horrible enough that you have to put your beloved pet down. Their attitude is ""keep spending money on useless tests to reconfirm the already confirmed diagnosis and on pain medication to give your pet some more time"" even if the pet is failing to thrive in every way. I am all for giving my pet every opportunity to live a happy, healthy full life, but when it is obvious that all avenues have been exhausted and a decision has to be made, a little compassion would go a much longer way than trying to make me feel worse than I aleady do. Thank you, CatSense for showing me what you are really about... the almighty dollar.
