K & G Staff- Thank you very much for our wonderful limousine ride to and from the airport for our recent trip to New York City. We had worked very hard to have a senior daughter/mother trip to NYC and your limousine service was wonderful! We found the limo quickly upon our arrival and Joe was super friendly and helpful with our luggage. We made it through the heavy traffic quickly and safely. We are from a very small town and the traffic was mind-boggling to us- we could never drive in your city! The ease of payment was great. It would have been better if everything would have just been charged to our credit card, but you were very upfront with how things worked, so I had the cash and all went smoothly. Joe inquired about our return trip and so we easily booked the limousine to take us back to the airport on Sunday. VERY helpful and VERY friendly. Thank you for making our intro to NYC enjoyable- safe- and fun. The entire weekend was fabulous and we had no worries about our transportation. Economically, your limousine service is a great deal. For the personalized attention, one could expect to pay much more than a shuttle bus- but your fees were in line with the number of people we had (6) and we loved being treated like royalty rather than cattle (like on a shuttle bus) THANK YOU- we will definitely use your services again on our next trip to NYC.
