I really like this salon. First, the prices for the beds/packages are the best in town. I used to get my lotion at a different salon but the owner of Tropical Sun was able to order it for me and it was $25 cheaper than the other salon had been charging me. Their ultimate bed is the best of all the beds i've tried. The bulbs are always being upgraded- in fact, a they are currently installing a new, more potent type bulb in the beds. I also enjoy the iPod dock/speakers in each room. You can charge your phone and listen to your music while you tan!
Next, customer service is the best! Staff is always friendly and helpful. They have been so generous with packages and trying new lotions and the red light bed (which , by the way, if you're not familiar with, red light is used to stimulate collagen. This method is much cheaper than the derm's office!). Times that i had been running late at work they have stayed open so i could come in. They are always respectful (address me as Dr, lol), ask my opinion on improvements, etc. They have really changed the vibe of the salon from the previous owners. it feels more ""cozy"" with the sitting area, etc.
I highly recommend this salon. You don't have to sign up for expensive membership fees, etc. Come in and try out a few beds and see for yourself. I think you'll enjoy it as much as i do!
