I am surprised that they have such great reviews..
I recently moved from Pennsylvania to Texas and Rockland gave me such a hard time with my move.
I have had a very bitter experience with this company and would NEVER RECOMMEND this to anyone.
Firstly when i booked for a moving date, they agreed to it and then they called me a day before the move and asked me to change the moving dates to their convenience( this is just the beginning). Though I somehow managed to get the moving date back to the original date, I had to follow up almost every single day to get my stuff on time. The follow up from their side is terrible.My stuff arrived here almost 10 days late than expected..!!!
A few of my furniture was damaged and when i tried to contact them for a refund, I never get through them.
Every time I call them, I never get to talk to the person whom I had contacted initially..!!!
Extremely unprofessional..!!!! The dispatch staff is very rude too.
Its been over a month since I requested for a refund for the broken furniture and I still haven't heard from
them..!!
Very disappointed.
