ok place for kids.But adults will find the program lacking any real martial arts content.The school advertises submission wrestling but the instructor has no experience in that area,he is a 2nd degree black belt under phil theodourou in stand up jiu-jitsu which works great in a real combat situation if your opponent throws one attack at a time and throws it slow.\r
so i say again ok for kids not adults.
Pros: kids classes are ok
Cons: adult classes are not chalenging
