Businiess name:  Rohrich Collision Ctr

Review content:
2 years ago I used Rohrich collision to have my Fathers new FJ Cruiser worked on after he had an accident. It took them longer then the estimated and when I showed up to pick up the vehicle, there was paint runs on the repair areas and smudges. I informed them of these and they fixed them. I get the vehicle home and read the repair report only to notice that the odometer had over a 1000 additional miles on it then their paperwork stated when they took possession of the vehicle. I contacted the center and the associate became irate that I would accuse them of adding mileage to the vehicle and he stated that they don’t make mistakes. Yet the paperwork and odometer clearly had mismatched information and yet they don’t make mistakes. This associate even went as far to swear on his life that I was mistaken and I could take them to court and they would prevail. Swore I would never deal with this dealer again. Unfortunately someone backed into my new 4runner and cracked the front bumper. I searched online for a Toyota collision center and to my distaste; Rohrich was the only one that came up in my general area. Showed up and again had to deal with the same associate. (I already knew something bad would happen). I have my vehicle repaired and again there is paint runs and scratches on the new bumper. Apparently their painting process is sub par or their quality standards are less then acceptable. I am driving on my way home and realize the front turn signal on the side that was hit did not work. This light was fine when I brought it in and now it does not work, could this be possible for a vehicle that only has 3500 miles. I contact the Rohrich collision center and of course they are gone for the day since their hours of operation are only during the same hours that a majority of people work. Leave a message to speak to the manager and the same confrontational associate calls me. He tells me that it is probably a bad bulb and that it happens and I can bring it in and they will look at it and that he personally inspected all lights and they had been working when he inspected the vehicle. Even though he missed the scratches and the runs in the paint. How can it be a coincidence that the only bulb that burned out is the one on the exact side they fixed? He informed me that he has seen new bulbs they have installed burn out the same day. Maybe their bulb installation process goes through the same rigorous quality control inspection they use in their paint shop. This associate is quick to blame the customer and Rohrich is quick to inconvenience their customer yet they want top dollar when they perform work on your vehicle. I don’t have the luxury of being just down the road. I live over an hour away from this center and they don’t want to compensate their customer when they put them in a bind. I even told the associate that if I received a ticket for faulty turn signals, it would be I who had to pay. His response was that is your problem. I guess Rorhich collision center motto is “It’s your problem”. THANKS AGAIN ROHRICH FOR TOP NOTCH SERVICE Toyota please remove them from your list of qualified collision centers and give that title to a Dealer in the area that respect and cares for the satisfaction of Toyota owners.
