Review content:
I went in a while back to look at rings. I wanted a diamond right hand ring and found one that I loved, but it was over my budget. I put it on layaway anyway and after making two months of payments, I realized that I just could not spend that kind of money. I went back in and told them that I did not want the ring. Boy, did attitudes change! With the down payment and two months payments, they had $175 of my money. While the sales person (didn't get her name) went in a back office, I went look around for something closer to my budget. That's when Nacol Jr. came out and asked me if I needed anything else. I told him that I was looking for something in my budget. He told me that I should probably try a pawn shop or Goodwill! Before I could respond, a woman (presuming it was his wife) came out and handed me a check for $75. She said they were charging me a $100 restocking fee. I asked to see the layaway contract again and she told me that I could not. Before I could argue, I was told to leave the store. I was completely embarrassed. They made me feel like I did something wrong.
Pros: Good selection
Cons: Rude service
