I am something of a diamond junkie, and have done alot of research, but when I went into WmSNacol Bill Jr. ""corrected"" everything I said about jewelry, saying I was wrong, wrong, wrong. He was trying to dominate me and make me thing he was the god of jewelry. Whatever, that aside, I looked around the store but couldn't help overhearing a blond worker there going on and on about how people think she's ""f*cking stupid"". She started quasi yelling at about she had done this or that, and it was Bill's fault. Strange, this animosity between the two of them made me feel she must be his wife. Later, as I was preparing to leave Bill went into the back and I distinctly heard his start cussing out the blonde, loud enough that everyone in the store must have been able to hear him. It was so embarassing! I felt so bad for the girl, he was going on ""you f*cking stupid this and that"" it was unbelievable! I give them 1 star just because 0 is not an option.
Pros: had a few nice pieces
Cons: crazy rude and domineering
