the experience I have had with Lil hearts staff has been exceptional. they are very friendly and accomodating. Ive been to two photo sessions and Jack is always working around my daughters schedule. He is patient with her and always offering time for us to keep us and the baby calm. altough my daughter makes us sweat for a little smile, Jack is able to capture her in moments with ease. The environment is clean and they supply essentials that are needed in case you forgot something. (diaper, wipes etc.) Jack provides you with options and suggestions to help make the event less stressful. During the mini theater show. The staff is very helpful with providing us options. I cant say that the photos are cheap but the quality of the photos arent cheap either. This photo shoot isnt like the department stores where you might only like one photo.....Jack captures so many shots that its hard for me to decide what to get. And he offers to keep all the photos on CD. but i must warn you..if moneys not an issue this is a great place to have your ""Special Memories"" captured...we had fun!!!
