They do have new management but that doesnt suddenly change everything. Honestly, the person who wrote in under your comment has nailed everything on the head. I too got a bill for water/sewer and I had no clue what it was for? The apartments are very nice on the inside but the community is horrible. I can tell you that everything I've read on here is true to my knowledge aside from the mold and the stabbing. I don't even admit to people I know that I live in Southernside because I'm so embarrassed. I make them think I think in Preserve at Research Park.
