Return policy is crap, so don't buy anything here that you may return that is still in perfect condition and unopened.
My OTHER SEVERAL COMPLAINTS are my girlfriend and I went there today. My GF is from another country and she is 24 and has papers to prove she can live and work here (and she does, she pays taxes to our US government). The cashier would not sell her a 6 pack of beer although my GF had a US goverment approved passport with her. I then asked my GF to hand me some cash so I can buy the beer with my driver license (I'm from USA! and 32). The cashier would not give us the 6 pack of beer because my gf handed me the $10 to pay for the beer. Are you serious!??! My GF is 24 with government approved ID and I'm 32 with a valid US driver's license... and we can't leave happy with some beer? They were culturally insensitive to my GF and ignorant to the ID she provided (which means they are untrained to deal with internationals effectively and appropriately).
The management was awful with the situation. I asked him ""is this store policy or is this your idea?"" he was nervous, incompetent, and other unfortuante characteristics, and responded with ""both"". Are you kidding me? Him and the insensitive cashier should be repremanded, on probation, or fired for being clueless and unable to handle the situation to make us happy customers.
DO NOT GO HERE. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.
