Review content:
I guess the thing thatg strikes me the most about this salon is the complete professionalism of the staff members without being ""stuffy"", I used to go to a salon where it felt like I was being worked on by cult members, who did nothing but promote the product line, versus being genuinely interested in cutting and coloring my hair to my specifications-not here-the staff really listens to what you want, and will tell you if it would or would not work for you. The environment is so relaxing, you don't even have to get up to go to a sink or to a dryer. I'm not a talker, and just love to rest and read magazines when in the chair, and that's ok here-you aren't pressured to make small talk if you don't want to. Thing I love most is that you aren't triple or quadruple booked with other people. I've been to salons where I am there 5 hrs for something that should have taken 2 to 3 hrs. Not here. Overall great!!!\r \r by Jo in Wallingford, CT \r
