I WENT TO ACORN IN TIOGA TO PUT GAS IN MY RENTAL CAR. I HAD A CHECK DEBIT CARD WITH $11.00 ON IT. I TRIED USING MY CARD AS A CREDIT ON THE PUMP (HAVE TO PREPAY HERE) AND IT SAID “SEE CASHIER“. SO I WENT IN AND USED IT AS A CREDIT FOR $10.00.NEXT I WENT TO THE PUMP AND ALL IT TOOK WAS $8.50. SO I WENT BACK IN AND TOLD THE MANAGER AND SHE SAID SHE REFUNDED THE CARD BACK. THEN ASKED ME TO SWIPE IT AGAIN, SO I DID. OF COURSE THE CARD WAS DENIED. THERE WAS ONLY $11.00 ON IT AND FOR A REFUND IT TAKES UP TO 24 HOURS. SHE SAID I COULD PAY CASH, I INFORMED HER THAT IS ALL THE MONEY I HAD, WHICH WAS THE $11.00 ON MY CARD. SHE SAID I COULD NOT LEAVE TILL THE $8.50 WAS PAID, SO ANOTHER WARDS I WAS BEING HELD AGAINST MY WILL. SO A NICE CUSTOMER BEHIND ME PAID IT FOR ME. I PROMISED TO PAY HER BACK AND SHE GAVE ME HER BUSINESS CARD. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE
