DO NOT USE THIS CAB COMPANY! If you need to catch a train or arrive somewhere on time, this is not the cab company for you. If you can/know of any other service, then use that. Not only is this company NEVER on time, they are RUDE and not accomidating. I have used this company many times, giving them ""another"" chance. I have been hung up on by the manager more than once. This company needs to be shut down unless new management is put in. Use 215-333-3333 or any other Phildalephia Company that you can find. But if you want good service, than Germantown Cab is NOT the place for you!
