Incompetent. Called them one day ahead of time and they still arrived 30 minutes late. When I called to ask where the cab was, they kept saying it was only three minutes away every time I called and were rude on the phone--to include HANGING UP ON ME.
Pros: Good cab company if you want to be left in the middle of nowhere and hung up on
Cons: Bad cab company if you want to be picked up on time and not hung up on
