I just purchased a 2009 Cub Cadet Z Force and a 2009 Kymco 90 mongoose ATV. With both purchases Tom was more than willing to speak of the pros and cons of both units, as well as comparing them to other manufactures he did not carry. He did not talk poorly about the others. In contrary he told me many good things about them that I wan not aware of. When speaking with him about the Z Force he did not try to tell me his models were better than another manufacture. He gave information on the ones I was looking at and how they each would meet my needs. After speaking to other local dealerships of kubota, husky, exmark, etc... none of them would compare theirs to other manufactures with detail. All they want to do was sell me theirs and not give me specifics to why. Tom did all that and then from that I decided what to purchase.
The ATV was a purchase for my son and again he was very knowledgeable in his brand as well as others. I did have problems with the battery being bad. HOWEVER, Tom took care of that without hesitation. I called him about it, went to the store and he took a battery out of a new unit to replace mine because he did not have a battery in stock. I would highly recommend him and I have to several people already looking for ATVS for their children.
