This is an amazing salon. The atmosphere is elegant and serene. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and supportive to my specific needs. There is a sincere interest in helping me with the condition of my hair and the health of my scalp, which I greatly appreciate. The staff exuberates with confidence in their abilities. Although I can be sometimes skeptical, it was easy to trust the staff and their well-founded expertise. Surprisingly, the salon does not accept gratuities. This benefit lowers the cost by at least 20-25%, although I would have happily tip over 30% for the grand experience I had with this salon. I cannot say enough good things about AndrewJames Salon -- just thank goodness I finally found them!
