**4 stars** We had an issue with two of our greyhounds getting into a fight and after the dust settled, both needed to be taken into the vet...on the Fourth of July...after 6PM. Ugh.\r

Of course, it was a holiday after-hours and our regular vet was closed. Off to Emerald City we go! Considering the upsetting nature of our visit, we had a great experience with the entire staff and docs at the clinic. They were upfront about possible costs and while one of our girls had to stay for surgery, they were able to treat the other while we waited and we took her home with us that night.\r

We picked up our overnight girl the next day and they'd done a great job stitching her back up and cleaning up her wounds. They were thorough explaining the after-care for both girls and were great about communicating the care they'd given with our regular vet (who we went to for the follow-up visits).\r

Overall, we had a great experience. I'm not sure why folks are so down on this place, but we'd come here again in a heartbeat if we needed to (and , of course, REALLY hoping we don't...).
