Review content:
I generally feel very positive about Swedish Automotive. They have a new, intelligently designed facility that caters to the convenience of the customer and mechanic alike. When I went on a tour I could see that if I worked there as a mechanic I would have everything I need right there. It's the best organized place I've seen.
My only complaint is that they overlooked something that put us stranded for awhile. It took a couple of additional days to fix. They admitted that if they had inspected closer, they would have found it, and that they were sorry. Everything else has been positive though.
