Review content:
We were putting our house on the market after 15 years and wanted to get everything fixed before the home inspector came. Over the years I had neglected multiple window and door problems.
I called a few glass companies and was surprised to hear that some of them wanted me to pay to have their sales/estimator come and sell me something. Finally I selected three.
The first two sent over technician/installers that were in the area doing installations and neither of them could provide answers and estimates to fix all our issues without calling the office for help.
Window & Glass Pros sent over a very knowledgeable experienced older full time estimator that offered solutions to all our problems and his price was less the either of the other two companies. (I think the other companies had to estimate high because they were not sure how long each job would take.)
Everything else about Window & Glass Pros was also exceptional. They always answered the phone within a few rings and each department - scheduling, production, installation and accounting always knew what and when everything needed to happen for our projects.
Thank you Steve, AC, Mario, Nick, Gary, Ted and Pat.
Great job and we will recommend them to our friends and use them again to put a new shower enclosure in our new house after the holidays.
