I have been here for a month and a half and I am not to pleased. The location is ok, is right behind a very big ghetto apartment community, but I have never had any problems. The residents have been nice so far. There is always parking. I can't say to many more nice things about it. I was drawn in by the very low rent in a Buckhead community. BEWARE! Your rent is a very small part of all your bills. My cable/internet is $200 A MONTH! I barely get any channels and have regular internet. No home phone. I came from a 2000 sq ft home where I paid about $90 to $100 for electricity this time of year. My electricity bill was $75! I never have my air on and I live in a very tiny one BR apt by myself. Water and trash are not the cheapest either. Managment would answer my emails right away when I was getting approved and right when I was moving in. They no longer answer them. I was also lied to when I moved in. I was told that the person living above me was never there. A nurse lives above me with the most horrible hours and wakes me up at all times of the night. I do not recommened this community due to very high utility bills and management that lies and is no help at all. I could have lived in a much nicer community for the price I pay here in rent and utilites. Oh yeah, I know gated communities have problems with their gates, but this one has a major problem. And you cannot break the lease here. :(\r
