Review content:
I highly do not suggest to anyone to take their child into this nightmare of a daycare. This one I'm talking about is located in Pittsburgh on Smithfield Ave. above CVS.\r
- They forge documents. They promise one payment and then fill in with their own handwritin another one.\r
- Items are stolen\r
- They don't use the crib sheets like they are supposed too.\r
- They neglect the children. My child comes out of the daycare with food on her face, on her clothes and in her hair.\r
- I do believe there is theft going on in the center because I have heard other parents complaining about missing items.\r
- They don't change the children in time. The children run around stinking like P00P because the teachers are too preoccupied with other things.\r
- My child came home one time with p00p in the back of her clothes.\r
- The teachers sing and dance along to rap while the children are not being given any attention.\r
- They let my child sleep at the table while everyone eats instead of putting them to bed.\r
- The director hassles you seriously almost every day to pay the bill and then you have to find the receipt and prove to her that yes you have paid the bill. I do truly believe that their director is mentally challenged.\r
- They don't use the bibs you provide them and your childrens clothes get all ruined.\r
- They don't wash their hands. I visited my child at 11am and when I pick her up. She's a mess all day long. Her face is dirty her fingers are dirty.\r
And this is the kicker, this is what really did it!!!\r
you're going to love this one!!!\r
- They don't wash their sippy cups so my childs sippy cup had mold in it. \r
- I wasn't aware that I was supposed to bring in more sippy cups or take the one home to wash it so they let my child drink out of the MOLDY sippy cup until I accidently discovered how dirty it was.\r
I have now pulled my child out of the daycare because I can't believe how dirty and neglectful that daycare is.\r
PLEASE REPORT TO STATE ANYTHING YOU HAVE ON THIS DAYCARE.
