Most of the reviews in the website showing 5 star ratings with 'highly recommended' feedback seems to be entered by the company's own personnel and not any customers who have had service from them. Not many customers would be happy with their service. After these people clean your carpet, is when you realise what a mistake you have committed by calling them to your home to get a job done. It is not worth taking a risk. You will end up paying more to get your carpet fixed after these people clean your carpet.\r
