The service technician convinced me that I needed a more expensive treatment than they advertised (of course). He even promised to return if my carpets did not look good after they dried. He was bragging about how they are 'superior to any other carpet clean company in Atlanta'. Well... not only do my carpets look worse than they did before -- I don't even think they used any soap in their 'shampooing' process!!!\r

When I called the office to discuss their guarantee, the rude owner who DID NOT KNOW WHO I WAS or what house I was calling about, informed me that his technician told me that my carpets were not going to be clean because of the stains --and that he made that very clear when he was at my house. It is clear that this is Atlanta Pro Cleaners scam. They up-sell, do just enough to get a check, then deny all 30-day warrenty claims.\r

Please -- do not waste your money or time on these criminals.
