Living in north Portland, we have a lot of brunch options, but none compare to the lovely Equinox. The food is always innovative and delicious, the service friendly and attentive and the court yard is a beautiful little oasis in the middle of bustling Mississippi.\r I discovered this gem not long after they opened two years ago and have made it my regular weekend breakfast destination.I have enjoyed the variety of seasonal menu changes and the incorporation of local ingredients as well as the staples of orange-infused french toast, puff pastry benedicts and fresh squeezed juices. and they serve the best coffee in town- Stumptown.\r It can get pretty hopping, but i've never had to wait more than 15 min for a table & the food always comes out faster than i expect- and well executed.\r in short, it's a fantastic experience all around - from the ambiance, to the food, to the service and I'd highly recommend checking it out.
