Review content:
I was unfortunate enough to accept a contract through this company 6 months ago. The entire staff is 22 year old frat guys and girls. It seemed like every time I would call into the office I had a new rep because mine was no longer there. I cant even fathom the amount of internal turnover this place has. My new hire paperwork was ""lost"" twice and it took me 5 weeks to get my first paycheck after being told I would receive a direct deposit during my second week of work. I was originally hired to be part of a project with 4 other contractors and was dismayed when I found out that my team members were being paid $12/hr more than me by their staffing companies. Ive been contracting for 15 years now and immediately knew I was being ripped off as a result of their greed. When I called into discuss this I was treated very rudely by the office manager who also sounded like a kid. They offered me a .50 raise, yes that is 50 cents, before I hung up on them. I urge all IT professionals to stay away from this chop shop operation and stick with the reputable companies in the area because there are plenty willing to respectfully earn your business in this economy. Pros: When my contract ended Cons: The staff
