THEY STINK
They didn't bring everything. I call their customer care. They offer to bring it the next day between 11:30-1. They ruined my saturday. I waited around all day. I called and wasted a ton of time on their stupid customer care hotline. Find out the driver is 30 mins late. Driver shows up without everything. I call the useless customer care hotline again. They say ANOTHER driver is coming, but they don't know when. THey don't show. i call customer care AGAIN and they say no one is coming and they offer to redeliver on Sunday. WTF??? Ruin my day AGAIN? no thanks. After I demand and threaten they finally offer a refund, but it's not enough of a refund to cover everything I didn't get - and the time I spent on the phone with them and them ruining my whole Saturday waiting around home for them. I am going to contest my credit card and let everyone know not to EVER buy from albertsons. They stink.""

Cons: bad customer service, they don't bring everything, they don't offer compensation for wasting my time
