Hello! \r \r I would like to thank the service crew at CJD for the great work AND effort on my Jeep!!!! \r \r I was scheduled to participate in the Jeep Jamboree in Marshall County, Kentucky, on May 2-4. My vehicle is a highly modified Cherokee, built for serious off-road & shows, so much of it is non-stock and I usually do all my own work. The computer system, however, is still stock. Unfortunately, it failed only TWO DAYS before the event! \r \r The part needed was not in stock, and had to be ordered. But Mark the parts Mgr remembered having a used Cherokee on the lot of the same year. He spoke with Doug, the new Service Mgr, and the actually agreed to temporarily install the used one from the used vehicle on their lot just so I wouldn?t miss the Jamboree!!! Now that?s going above and beyond. The Mechanic, Pat had it done in no time and I was on my way. I went back yesterday to have my new computer installed, and return the borrowed unit and everything is great. Well, except for a couple new trail scratches!!! Hey, we call them ""beauty marks"" on the trail. Oh well, body shop here we come. \r \r This is a big THANK YOU to the service crew for helping me keep the promise I made my son, which was to have a great time at the Jamboree! AND THAT?S JUST WHAT WE DID. You guys rock... (Get it? Rock? As in rock crawl.)\r
