I would not recommend this company because of their lack of communication and organization. The person who answers the phones and sets up appointments never has your information and never calls back. They did not show for the 9-11 time frame on the day the work was scheduled for and after I called to find out where they were, they said the person wasn't there on that day that was scheduled to do our job. Why didn't someone else come and also why didn't anyone call me? It caused us to delay the painter we had scheduled for almost a week because the window work wasn't done. Look for a professional company that cares about their customers. Don't use Beltway Glass & Mirrors. In this economy, you wonder why a company wouldn't work hard and take care of their customers. They need a good computer and a good manager with people skills. Enough said.
