I've always had a decent pedi here for years past so I went for a mani/pedi for a special occasion. Granted, it had been two years since going here, but I didn't expect my nails to turn out so badly. This was absolutely the worst mani/pedi experience I've ever had.
The girl continually pinched the skin around my toes and even made one bleed. She was young and pleasant but either not experienced or had really bad eyesight.
I went in with strong, healthy fingernails and she butchered them. I'm not exaggerating. It's been three weeks and my nails are still short and breaking in odd places because of how she cut them. She trimmed the nails too short, filed them crooked (I had to point out at least 3 for her to fix), and she did a bizarre cut into my nail to make it more narrow. I am so upset with how my once beautiful nails now look. Never going back.
