When i called the other day to take a taxi from Middle River air craft systems, i had to wait over 45 minutes, for a cab whose company is located in middlesex. i called the cab at 11:30am, so it should not have been busy. however, when i called the first time the dispatcher ""anne"" told me that the cab would be there in about ten minutes. i waited 45. then when i called back anne got really ignorant so i asked her what her name was to report her to the manager, hence the name ANNIE. she was very vulgar, offensive and rude, telling me if i called again about my cab, i would not get one. she then told me when i asked for the manager that, she was in fact the manager of the company and owned all the taxis in essex. when i finally got the cab, i explained this to the driver, who then informed me that i was in the right, because he was sitting somewhere in hawthorn for thirty minutes waiting on a job to come in. for what its worth if you can work around this dispatcher, its great service, however with her there, she is ignorant and offensive. i assume just call atwater!
Pros: great drivers, respectful and helpful, other dispatchers very kind
Cons: ANNIE, the old flea bag that made me wait 45 mins
