Horrible experience. They performed a simple printing job for my friend?s wedding invitations. At least ten of the invitations were bent in two places. Many of the invitations weren?t cut straight and the paper wasn?t even completely cut off the sides. \r

When we asked about getting a refund they were extremely rude and obnoxious. Then they finally agreed to a refund and after two weeks of no response we called them to find out what is going on. Now they claim the paper was done perfectly and we can?t get a refund. Will never do business with them again and highly recommend noone else doing business with them.\r
Pros: cheap
Cons: poor service and quality. very unfriendly and unaccommodating
