May be a great ENT and surgeon, but I feel like my insurance was being milked to be blunt about it!!!...Has you keep coming back, does not tell you upfront what the possible outcomes and their probabilities are...even after seeing your CAT Scan. Office staff is not patient orientated and could care less if you need to see him sooner than the 3-4 week appointment that they want to give you....what about an emergency...what then....sorry to say, but if you need explanation and need to see him right away...forget it...you are lucky if you get two minutes with him after waiting weeks to see him....better to look elsewhere.
