Dr. Weingarten was one of two referrals I received from my Endo for thyroid surgery. My husband went with me for my consultation and by the time we left we both thought he was so great I didn't even make an appointment for the other referral. He answered all my questions and I had a lot very thoroughly, never rushed through my time in the office, and he has a fantastic bedside manner. I felt completely comfortable about having surgery by the time I left that first appointment, and this was my first surgery EVER. The morning of surgery I had even more questions which he again answered in detail and he took his time talking to me even though I know he was very busy with other surgeries that morning. The morning after he explained in detail how my surgery went, what he found and once again patiently answered all my questions. Dr. Weingarten is a fantastic surgeon. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward. My incision is a perfectly straight thin line and at six weeks postsurgery is healing and looking very good. I highly recommend him.
