Review content:
The service at the prepared food counter is Horrible. I have complained to the owners twice now. This past Sunday wanted to try something before purchasing. This is customary. But, the guy behind the counter said ""no"". I asked him for his name - he said ""raymond"". But, come to find out that wasn't his name. I spoke with the manager on duty about it and all he said was ""it is too spicy for you"". That's the response you get from the MANAGER!!! Yikes!!! Was expecting an appology and let me help you out, but never got it. called the owners again and was told they didn't know a Raymond. I plan to find this guy's name and expose his nastiness to the world. Apparently, they don't get it - and it does affect the profits of their business. Poor service gets noted and people spend their hard earned $$$ somewhere else. Must be they have more business than they need. The poor service I have seen is to the manager level. How do you quantify lost revenue? Well, I have friends that live near both locations and they don't go there anymore. I can see why. The really need to work on their service problems.
