After years of searching for the right gym, I feel the search has finally ended. I tried LA Fitness witch was a total meat market and including the trainers, they were after one thing and that was a date, Bally's ...total joke, same situation. I finally went to Curves and they were completely disorganized and uneducated when it came to fitness at all. I felt I should of been paid for educating them. I finally tried Fitness One, I have now been there for over 2 years and absolutely could not be more happy. I have never met nicer management, staff, and even the owner makes you feel like you are family. They have a different approach that just makes you feel comfortable and really look foward to getting up to go work out. They actually care to help you and educate you to the right approach of fitness and what you should and shouldn't do, which has made a huge improvement in my life and my workout. I would recommend Fitness One to any of my family and friends and have done so many times.
