I believe that Louisa's is very overrated. The pizza's quality is not consistent. It depends on what kind of a day Louisa is having. The pasta is adequate, but not outstanding. As far as the service is concerned, all is well if she is not busy. However, don't try to have a relaxing dinner (wine, appetizers, pizza and dessert) on a Friday or Saturday night. The owner actually hangs around your table, glaring, because she wants you to hurry so she can give the table to someone else.
That kind of experience which occurred more than once has caused us to no longer frequent Louisa's.
