Review content:
I was the first appointment of the day. Showed up 5 minutes early and filled out a very redundant form (why are you asking for my social security number?). Waited in the 1980's decorated lobby for 15 minutes past my appointment, led into a prep room to meet with the nurse (it's now 30 minutes past my appointment) and the nurse says 'uh, 'Dr.' Briden isn't here yet'. I respond 'when can we expect her?' Her response '5 minutes ago'. It was quite clear that Dr. Briden has a vast history of similarly unprofessional behavior. Fast forward another 30 minutes and the Dr. finally graces us with her presence. By that time, enough was enough for me - over 1 hour past my appointment. I asked for my money back as well as my charts. They attempted to keep my medical information even though I was not seen. Don't let them do that. Dr. Briden might actually be a good dermatologist, but you'll only find that out if you have a lot of time to waste and don't mind being treated like you don't matter. Too many options out there to be treated like that. Pros: None that I experienced Cons: Don't respect their patient's time.
