Businiess name:  The Cavern Club at Hard Rock Cafe Boston

Review content:
i realize this is the hard rock cafe and not some michelin 3 star restaurant - still, the other hard rocks i have been to around the world have consistently been good. here, the service was sloppy - the place looks like it's staffed by 15 year olds who have no idea how to bus or wait on tables. the food was very disappointing - we had the nachos which are usually really good, but these were a total mess. the burger was dry. and the drinks were plain weak. there are plenty of chain restaurants in the faneuil hall area, as well as historic pubs; i would NOT recommend going to the hard rock in boston. Pros: lots of seating Cons: food, serivce
