me and my fiance had plans to go bowling with our son and my parents were driving in to come meet us there to spend time with their grandson and when I called ahead of time to make sure there were no leagues coming in and there would be lanes available today they said there was no leagues and there would deffinetly be lanes available just depending on how busy they are. when we all arrived they said we only have 40 minutes to bowl and then have to be out of there because the monte carlo league was coming in and have ALL the lanes in the place. when I said that I called ahead of time and was told it wouldnt be reserved the guy replied ""well i dont know what to tell you, they are reserved for the leage in 40 minutes!"" horrible SERVICE!
