Review content:
(Oct. 2010)\r Omg! Let me just say that the 5 of us were going on a trip to Pennhurst Asylum. We were ready to have a good time and wanted to stay somewhere close to the haunted house. The G Lodge was cheap and really close. I called ahead and booked the room. All they asked me on the phone was my name and how many beds. So I called back and asked if they needed a credit card or phone number or something and the lady on the other end replied ""No, I got it in my book."" I hesitated at the sound of it but we all agreed to at least go look at it. When we finally found it we turned down a driveway to see a white house boarded up and behind it what looked like a storage unit!\r We were trying to check in, well thru the screen window of the first room these guys asked if we were checking in. They handed us the key, took our cash and that was it! When we opened the door we were unloading our stuff which included a cooler of beer. My friend was smoking a cigarette and one of the guys that ""checked us in"" said ""OOOOO YEAH BEER, HEY LET ME GET A SMOKE"" ummmmm ok hell no! THe guys working this motel looked like they were on meth and all of their words were slurring.\r After we opened the door expecting to see a two queen bed room, we only had one bed with no sheets! The floor had blood stains as well as multiple other gross stains, the ac was falling out of the wall and there was trash all over the room.\r The people staying in the room next door apparently lived there because their children were playing on the dumpster... \r I felt like I walked into a crack house.\r I make the boys go get out money back, as they approached the ""Check in"" room they looked through the window to see a girl curled up swaying back and forth. When the guys realized someone was at the window they scattered different things that looked like pipes and spoons. Then they came to the window and one of my friends and my fiance said that there was no room for us and that we wanted our money back.\r There were 4 guys and myself looking to stay the weekend, and although we have slummed it before we could NOT bare even looking at this place any longer!\r They guys that worked there looked sad but handed the money back. They were probably sad because they knew that the money we gave them they were going to probably going to go buy their next fix. We got out of there so fast we never even returned their key.\r Still to this day I have that G Lodge key and it disgusts me.\r DO NOT STAY HERE!\r It makes me want to puke.
