Review content:
We wanted to have lunch at Five-O, the restaurant next door. It does not open till 5:00pm. We learned that the owner also owns the adjacent ""Cafe Prego"". The outdoor seating is very nice. It overlooks Shore Rd which was buzzing with tourists. Our party (7)ordered soups, salads, and pizza (in Maine!). The soup (three-bean) was average. The vegetables in the salads were ""old"". The pizzas, the cafe signature entre, were above average, crispy thin dough, interesting ingredients(figs). The first restaurant I try outside Italy that uses pecorino cheese on pizza. Our big disappointment was the utensils' cleanlyness. the forks had dried food remains on them and the knives had oily fingerprints. We asked for replacements five times and every time the waitress brought back similar dirty silverware. When we complained to the owner (who seemed very pleasent at the beginning) we were surprisingly disappointed by his rection. He became very defensive and rude. He told us that he was insulted ""What you said is insulting, we take pride in what we do here"". We were stunned. I wanted to try some the great looking canollies but changed my mind. We would never go back.
Pros: Location, Seating
Cons: Limited parking, rude owner and staf.
